Well Mr Toledo should just come up to the Mexico - US border like in Texas. There he will be greeted with a hardy handshake and smile, he will be given a prepaid credit card and given the opportunity to choose which city he would like to fly to. If for any reason he isn't feeling well he will be provided a physician to diagnosis his ailment. He will not have to pay any medical bills, unlike me or my family who were born in the US, worked and paid taxes. If this man would like to stay in the US he can vote in the federal elections, no registration required, unfriggin believable!! What is happening to my country?
